First, Happy New Year! I hope you and your family are starting the year filled with love and hope.

As for my family, we are doing very well. It seems we have managed to start the year on the right foot. For one, Francis and I haven’t been late for work yet! (It’s only been five days, after all… but I hope we keep this up for MOST of the year.)

If you have followed my blog for some time, you will notice that I wrote almost nothing for last year. Now, you will also notice that I have changed the name of the blog. From Patti Castillo to Mom Life PH – and that’s the pivot!

My New Year’s resolutions for this blog are two things. First, to write more. Second, to transform this into a space and, possibly, a virtual community that inspires, uplifts, or at the very least serves as a breathing space for all Filipino parents.

With that, I hope you carry on with me.
